1. I really like the delicate rendering of that flower,
2. Kristen has a good question. I am compiling an extensive research into copyright use on the internet which I hope to publish this summer on my blog. Do you have any views on this? Thanks
neda…thank you! i do have views on copyright issues…kristen is a shining example of perfect copyright etiquette: (1) she asks for permission and (2) she gives credit to the artist with a link to their work. Just because we can take another person’s art/work from the internet doesn’t mean that we should…at least without giving proper credit. Would we walk into someone’s front yard and take something we see for ourselves and claim it as our own? I think not. Just because the web allows us to travel to other people’s online/public “homes”, doesn’t mean we have any right to take/borrow someone else’s work without permission and/or giving credit. :)
I totally agree. And this is why I like this community of artists. Everyone values each other’s intellectual property, and that’s what makes us who we are :)
is it ok that i reposted this with a link to your etsy on my blog?
