Breathtaking, stunning and oh, so fragile…Dale Chihuly’s Garden of Glass at the Royal Botannical Gardens is enough to make me want to take a trip to the UK or enroll in a glass-blowing class…until I do one of the two, I will continue to be inspired by this master’s amazingly creative glass art and paintings…

Dale Chihuly, Drawing Walls Exhibition
I LOVE Chihuly. I was lucky enough to see one of his installations at a St. Louis museum back in ’96 or so. Thanks for posting the link to the Drawing Walls too– knocked my socks right off :)
i also love chihuly!! there was an exhibit of his art down here in florida a couple years back that i went to and i absolutely fell in love with his creative glass blowing. i loved the big wall o crazy canvases!! made me want to go home and paint anything and everything. thanks for sharing those photos!
I am envious of BOTH OF YOU, lucky girls!!! The only work I’ve seen of his is at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas…and it took my breath away! Did you check out the photos that document his painting process on the site? Very cool…
